CHROMIUM-MOLYBDENUM CAST IRON
The 15/3 alloy is a martensitic white cast iron that has an excellent combination of abrasion resistance and toughness. It also has excellent spalling resistance due to the reduced continuity of the carbide phase which is attributable to the combined effect of the chromium and the molybdenum content.
