HIGH CHROMIUM IRONS
H.T.W. is a high chromium white cast iron that is used where high corrosion and abrasion resistance are required. It also has excellent growth and scaling resistance under oxidising conditions.
A modified H.T.W. can be used where greater corrosion, oxidation and erosion resistance is required. It also has a decreased sensitivity to varying casting section thickness.
